This single vineyard Sardinian Carignano grape varietal makes a very unique must. Copper pots are used to partially reduce the must to create Mosto d’Uva, meticulously produced in limited quantities without the addition
of sugar or preservatives. Efisio suggests using Mosto d’Uva to prepare dips or sauces for
pastas and poultry or game.
